An Analysis on Needs for National Parks by Age Group using Semantic Network Analysis

Background and objective: National parks are places people from all walks of life can utilize. However, many existing studies limited in suggesting management plans that fit the characteristics different age groups visiting national parks. Therefore, this study aims to identify requirements for set direction park services by group.Methods: This collected 902 ages through an online self-administered questionnaire analyzed them semantic link network analysis.Results: As a result analysis, there were two areas related environment (rubbish ecological environment, facilities such as safety forest fires) one area economy, monitoring system rubbish private land policy economy identified alternatives. The younger generation was interested environmental issues, older economic elderly fires. it found campaigns should be conducted generation, admission fees parking rates improved safe tour provided elderly.Conclusion: needs analysis is necessary establish perspective improve about perspective. Furthermore, events required benefits entrance elderly, policies create elderly. Establishing will satisfaction users.
